It is difficult to price a job for a customer as there are so many variables to consider including:

• The size of your roof / gutter or area needing work
• Which kind of material you decide to use
• Do you also need a gutter replacement or repair? Sometimes the roofing materials you choose may also require gutter modifications
• The condition of your down pipes and facias

Pricing per square metre

Pricing per square metre can range from $3-5 for 0.5 metres in length.

The largest at 8m in length will cost you around $70-120 per sheet.

Price Ranges per job

Below is a list of price ranges typically seen for roofing projects

• Re Roofing – from $2,000 – $10,000 (Price is dependent on roof size, please contact us to discuss our best rates)
• Roof Repairs –$300 – $1,999
• Asbestos Removal – $500 – $10,000
• Insulation – Around $500 – $1,000
• Guttering – $200 – $4000
